Here at Hearing Aid Source, we absolutely love exploring all of the wonderful local businesses that Toronto has to offer. We feel so fortunate to live in a vibrant city that has such a diverse culture. And one of the things that makes Toronto such a great place to live is its local businesses.
Local businesses have local employees who help to keep our area healthy and vibrant. We need our small businesses to thrive so that we can have more places like them right in our backyard.
Given the option, Edmond and I much prefer to support a local establishment than visit a large chain. This is why we’re excited to share our love of local businesses with you and recommend some of our favourites in these “Love Local” updates.
This time, we’re shining a spotlight on a business that has great beer and vibes – Common Good Beer.
Why We Love Common Good Beer
Common Good Beer is unique because they are a contract brewery, and they really live up to their name. They built their brewery with the intention of helping other local craft brewers keep up with demand for their own beer.
They’re dedicated to helping other breweries brew their beer with the same passion that they use to brew their own. We love to see local businesses helping one another out, and we think that their mission to benefit the craft brewing community is amazing.
Common Good Beer is owned by partners Jamie and Scott. The two have many years of combined brewing experience and share a passion for great beer – this passion shines through in their products!
We also love that they bring in local food vendors to the brewery. They’ve created an environment that we’ve never really seen in the area. Their products are high quality, and they have a storefront where you can purchase products to take away. We recommend that you sit down and enjoy their products on site while also enjoying food from the vendors.
Common Good Beer does a fantastic job of shining a light on other great companies, which just complements their own product!
A Word for First-Time Visitors
If you haven’t been to Common Good Beer yet, I highly recommend that you check them out. They’re new and fresh, and they’re doing great work. And we need to support local businesses that are doing good for our community!
