Hearing Aid Performance Rejuvenation

Helping Unsatisfied Hearing Aid Wearers to Achieve Optimum Performance

Although many people believe hearing technology is the simple solution to a hearing loss, they often learn that without the right hearing care professional, you end up with a frustrating experience and lacklustre results.

This results in an acceptance of the poor-performance of hearing aids, or a decision that is regretted when hearing aids end up in a drawer/unused.

The good news is that it’s often not the fault of the hearing technology but the programming, the fit or the support that was offered.

Excelling in this area is a key reason why Hearing Aid Source has earned the most 5-star reviews in Canada. We have helped frustrated hearing aid wearers, who were previously unsatisfied with their devices’ performance, finally achieve the results they originally hoped for.

With over 17 years of experience of hearing technology, the team at Hearing Aid Source have been described as “miracle workers” for taking under-performing hearing aids and rejuvenating them.

If you are unhappy with the performance of your hearing devices, then you can schedule a ‘Hearing Aid Performance Rejuvenation’ appointment to get the hands-on support and help to finally get the performance that you’ve always hoped for.

At Hearing Aid Source, we offer the opportunity to get your under-performing hearing aids back on track, giving you the performance you deserve.

Hearing aids, like all technology, sometimes need help to get them back to their best. If you feel your aids aren’t giving you the help they used to, all is not lost with our Hearing Aid Performance Rejuvenation program.

What Happens at a Hearing Aid Performance Servicing Appointment?

These 60-minute appointments are solely for unsatisfied hearing aid wearers, and are all focused on ensuring you walk out the door loving your hearing devices and feeling a new lease of life after finally getting them performing optimally for you.

Here’s how it works:

At the start of your appointment, either Andre or Edmond, will ask you some questions to understand the history of your hearing aids, where/how they’re not performing for you and areas you want improvement

In most cases, they can identify quick areas for improvement with the fitting but the next step is often to have a hearing evaluation to accurately assess your hearing abilities and correctly program your devices

They’re then correctly fitted for you using the best standards defined from helping thousands of people to achieve better hearing over the past 17 years.

It’s then a case of applying the real ‘special sauce’ by adjusting settings to ensure your devices are performing for you in the environments that matter.

By this stage, the performance is often “night and day” compared to where the appointment started and patients walk away to truly gain the benefits that they hoped for when they invested in their hearing technology.

Under-performing hearing aids can be frustrating. All the relief you felt when you first got your new technology may have faded away over time, but that doesn’t mean you have to live with poorly performing aids.
