Family-Oriented Hearing Aid Clinic Serving Pickering, ON
In the latter half of the 1770s, British colonial settlers were steadily migrating into the area from eastern areas of Canada, finding a home in Pickering, ON, which went by the name of Edinburgh until 1792. The community’s early economy centred around several sawmills, gristmills, taverns and other businesses, but improved maintenance of the Kingston Road during the War of 1812 contributed significantly to the ongoing development of the area.
Pickering provides a home to the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station, which is expected to start decommissioning in 2024. Manufacturing is the major economic force driving our community with companies like Yorkville Sound (audio equipment), Purdue Pharma (pharmaceuticals and health & beauty products), Hubbell Canada (electrical equipment), PSB Speakers – Lenbrook (stereo equipment) and Eco-Tec Inc. (industrial water purification and chemical recovery systems) providing much of the area’s employment opportunities.

Our team takes your hearing care very seriously, but we don’t want you to feel like you are coming to a doctor’s office. We have a more casual approach (usually involving coffee) designed to make you feel comfortable and confident with what we do.
Our priority is to get to know you and your needs, evaluate your hearing and give you straight answers regarding the best solutions to help you achieve your better hearing goals. Pickering visitors will enjoy a conversation over a cup of freshly brewed coffee, just like a social visit.
Our actions are defined by your decisions. If you’re ready to explore the treatment options available to address your hearing challenges, then contact our Scarborough, ON clinic to get started.
