This month, we’re sharing the delicious menu for Link Haus, a sausage company that takes inspiration from culinary wonders around the world.
Star Attraction Sausages
Founded in 2020 by David Neiman, sommelier and 30-year food and hospitality expert, Link Haus aims for transparency and top nutrition for their sausages and their unique flavour combinations.
With flavours featuring ample spices, fruit, cheese, and more, some of our favourites include Garden Party, a chicken sausage with garlic and herbs, and the spicy Armenian-inspired Swim in Sevan, filled with cumin and paprika.
Whether you’re enjoying their sausages with potatoes and roasted vegetables or just as a hot dog with mustard on a bun, they’re a delicious protein source for any meal!
With no preservatives, gluten-free, and starting with whole cuts of 100 percent Ontario meat, Link Haus is proud of their delicious offerings, as well as making sure their sausages are committed to animal welfare and care.
They also offer some accompaniments to their sausages, including pepperettes from Albion Hills Farms and hot sauce bottles from Damien’s Sauces, a local condiment maker they’re partnered with.

Make sure to visit Link Hause at their new location: 423 Donlands Avenue, near the corner of O’Connor Drive. They’re open Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
