Juliet is originally from Iran. As our clinic manager, her day revolves around ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and assisting clients as needed.
Specific responsibilities include making phone calls; following up with clients and third-party authorization and payments; receiving and processing hearing aid orders; booking appointments; greeting clients; registering clients; addressing walk in issues if only basic cleanings; and addressing clients’ hesitation prior to their appointments with clinicians.
Juliet’s favourite part of working at Hearing Aid Source is the family setting. She shares that she has plenty of respect and care for her colleagues. Juliet also loves seeing how the team cares for its clients. She says she’s known many of the clients for nearly 15 years, so it is like visiting with family and friends every day.
One of Juliet’s favourite personal success stories is when a family member was having difficulty bringing their elderly mother in for an appointment, and Juliet was able to help them by making a house call to get their hearing aid serviced.
When Juliet is not at work, she enjoys indulging in some “me” time, which involves shopping, cooking and visiting with friends.
